The Ideal Protein (“IP”) Diet is a medically designed and professionally supervised wellness protocol dispensed only by healthcare professionals. It is a muscle-sparing, fat targeting weight loss protocol that was created by athletes in France over 20 years ago. On average, women will lose 2-3 pounds per week and men will lose 4-7 pounds per week (without exercise). The IP Diet has a set beginning and an end – not only will you lose weight and get healthier, you will also learn how to keep it off for life.

What does Ideal Protein cost?

Here is a general cost breakdown:

Initial consultation, body analysis scan, weigh-in and measurements, 21 meals and first month of supplements: $325

2nd, 3rd, 4th weeks are $108 for 21 meals per week

The 5th week is $105 for the week of food plus:

  • $20 for Monthly Body Scan Analysis
  • $30 for Nature Omega III Vitamins
  • $24 for Cal-Mag Supplement – Pills
  • $28 for Cal-Mag Supplement – Chewables
  • $28 for Multi-Vitamin
  • $50 Wild Rose Cleanse (a 5th week and an annual or bi-annual detoxification program)

Other Costs

  • $25 Rejoining Fee
  • $19 Potassium Supplement
  • $25 Phase 4 Sessions
